Worst Provider Ever!

Me and Cell C AGAIN! I was so relieved when I received a message yesterday that my contract is due for an upgrade - this means, I will soon be able to get rid of Cell C once and for all. To my surprise, after calling them, it's not due for an upgrade, however, I can apply for an early upgrade. Knowing the contract should be due this year, I went to look at my contract, and no surprise there, it is a 36 month contract, after I specifically said I want to take it over 24 months, and they still calculated how much more I will be paying. I repeated myself numerous times. So there goes my hope. Another year of no network, poor service, no signal ever! Always excuses, then the sim card, then its something else. The irony is, one day I have network at work, the other day I don't and the same applies for at home. I am so sick and tired of this. I wish Cell C will call me on one of their radio adverti*****ts so I can warn everyone to stay clear - Cell C should get the award for the poorest provider in South Africa.
