Worst Provider ever!
I took a contract with Cell C in May 2021.
On the 10th of February I got an SMS informing me that my service will be suspended with an adverse credit bureau listing because I owe R28413.43.
Firstly, this amount was made aware to me in November 2022.
Secondly, how could I owe such an amount of money when my services were never blocked?
Thirty, when I was told about the amount I never refused to pay but I agreed to make arrangements.
Lastly, I only received the statement in January.
The consultants don't seem to know anything but to transfer you to another consultant.
I've had enough!

If a debit order is unsuccessful for more than 3 months I would understand but this is more than 6 months and I never got a call to make me aware.
I do not have another number other than the one you suspended.
