WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE
<p>This is my THIRD hello Peter complaint, Cell C never bothered to phone me after my second complaint. Cell C honestly does not care about customer service, it's beyond shocking. I've paid my account for years in time every month and the one time I actually need them they fail miserably. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've given two cell phones for repairs (CSurance) on the 7 of June, almost THREE MONTHS ago and I'm still struggling to get the claim authorized and paid, never mind repaired!</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been phoning both C Surance anc Cell C almost daily and I honestly do not see that I'll ever get my phones fixed. Thank you Cell C for absolutely nothing.</p>

Yes, somebody phoned me while I was in a meeting, I asked if he could phone me back, he said he would phone me back later with feedback, never received another call.
