Worst Pathetic Service Ever

In my life I have never received such bad service from a provider. They phone me to do an upgrade on my contract 4 weeks ago and they still have not delivered the phone to me. After phoning them twice a week for the last three weeks, not so much as a phone call back to ask if it has been resolved. I want CellC to please call me to cancel my upgrade and my contract that I've had for 18 years!! Pathetic!
