Worst of the Worst

We, as the Executors of our elderly client's deceased husband (contract owner) have been trying to assist our client with a transfer of ownership because her number is on her deceased husband's name. But our calls to Cell C keep getting cut off. Even with the client joining the call. We have emailed death notifications to Cell C with all supporting documents requested. Then we receive an email asking that the "contract owner" should write a letter requesting a transfer of ownership after we have confirmed that the contract owner is deceased. If Cell C would like to dig the client's grave to ask him for a signed letter, they should do so them selves. Still no progress on assisting our client. Every consultant tells a different story of how the process works. No reply's on any emails. I will be advising my client to cancel her Cell C contract effective immediately. Cell C is useless.
