Worst of the worst

If I could give a negative start on the service from cell c, I would do.

I have been requesting a contract settlement letter for the past 4 weeks. What is frustrating is me having to repeat myself every time I call in.

My account was handed over with no communication to me and since I know the impact of what this does, I immediately settled the account and sent a proof to them. As of the 1st reference on the 28th January 2022 with a new one every week, I still have not gotten any assistance on this.

I honestly have written them off as a service provider and would not recommend anyone to do business with them.
