Worst of the Worst

Worst and most unfriendly service ever.....The consultant Michelle totally gives you the impression like she does not even want to be there.... I tried to buld some report with her while trying to do a sim swop..... you get nothing from her, not even an ackowledgement.... as the devil worked it magig, i needed another frequently called number.... Its just a No, go and find another number attetude.... Obviously I asked to speak to the Manager... from bad to worst,..... Incompetance reincarnate.... I think his name was Alex.... Zero facial expression and just came to reinforce what Michell said and send me on my way..... Tried explaining and he was happy to agree that I join another Network..... I was dunbfounded..... Manager said I can call Customer Service, i insisted they call.... CS on speaker phone told him to provide me with an unrica'ed sim so I can do it myself..... LOL.... he refused and send me on my merry way........ I went back the next day and waited for someone else to assist me, they both looked at me.... I gave the other consultant the same information as I did and he assisted me..... No problems.... CellC ... emnployeing people like Michell and Alex does your brand majour damage
