Worst Non-service from Cell C

I have had VVM consultants call me before you bothered to get back to me. First on the 15/03/2023, i receive an SMS from VVM for colletion of an amount of R367.65 (after you failed to explain what i am paying for on the R363 deducted from my account since the 1st of February 2023), they called and i told them before addressing them I need Cell C to give me details that make sense on the charges. i waited for a call from Cell C and it never happened! another on 21/03/2023 " Urgent message: SEDZANI NEMUDIVHISO, a payment of R100.00 on your Cell C acc must be paid by no later than 31 Mar 2023 to a negative credit profile against your name. VVM Debt collectors ***, ***" How the hell am i here and nobody is bothering to even attend to the matter? Worst part i get a call from them today and their explanation is that you are charged for cancellation fees; again? for what the contract has lapsed, she says i cancelled late. according to what condition on my contract did i cancel late. what was the 30 days period the f**** for then? so now its no longer "your child used out of bundles over the 13 days of the contract" its now these cancellation fees? what the *uck really. i have been patient in wanting to get to an explanation from cell c but at this moment you are just a ****ty service provider!
