WORST NIGHTMARE CELLC -Utter *******

WORST NIGHTMARE ...I have called in on the 21-02-2020 to perform a sim swap which the agent confirmed on the call it will be done in the next 24/ 4 hours and the charge will be added to my invoice (R50)...Still thinking if the charge was added and my sim swap was not done

I would like to know who the agent is because she is messing with the frame off the company as she is not trained well enough . I would like the call recording to be emailed to me because i will be taking this over to the National board .Number i called from is ***. If the agent did not have access to perform my sim swap why did she not contact me and advise me further. I have ongoing issues will cell c and i will make certain that i do tarnish cell c over to social media because they do not provide good customer services and there agents are simply a waste off time....I had a network issue which i reported stated that i do have sufficient data bundle i am unable to access it and i did ask to be compensated but they did not return my call ..........do you guys want to lose customers? Because telkom does not provide a perthic services like you guys do ....

i called in 22-04-2020 spoke to lesego modies for the johannesburg branch and she stated that she does not have access to help me with a sim swap why is that so ???? she had me on the call for 25 minutes and had not helped me at all call reference (***)

she stated that her team leader will call me for what if she cannot help me -puleng johannesburg -Team leader she was totally rude and her time frame handling is very poor its like she works for the company but unaware off the processes

I would like this to be marked as urgent because i have 2 contracts with you guys and i wish to take another 7 for my business and i am however thinking twice because off the ******* service ....i am a customer and i come first if i do not get a response in the next 1 hour i will make sure i take this to social media
