Worst Network Yet

<p>You would think after having been with cell c over 10 years my loyalty would mean nothing... Turns out not so much....</p> <p> </p> <p>Two weeks back i lost my phone (bad timing as it was mid month) and i didnt have cash for a new phone at the time and thus didn't do a sim swop... Eariler today i went to the Cell C in Braamfontein and because i did not have an id i was assisted by the manager and he was proactive and made suggestions on how to go about the sim swop ie call customer care (worst experience ever)</p> <p> </p> <p>The agent was rude, unsympethetic and abrupt... she didnt even make an effort to help me, she asked me a few security questions such as when was your last regarge and did you have data... now because it was it was two weeks ago i obviously couldnt remeber the amount and the date and manner of purchase... she could not even give me a solution... I more than likely will have to port to Vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>After years of loyalty i realise that Cell C is more interessted in getting new clients as opposed to maintaining clients who have been loyal for years... Vodacom here i come</p>
