Worst Network Provider in the world most probably

<p>I have always been warned of Cell C poor service and ambiguos T&Cs however recently I have been the victim, a couple of months ago I got myself a mobile wifi router in a promotional deal with cell c for R199 where I was suppose to get 5gig of data for night and 5gig for evenings and if/when the data was depleted I would be able to top up however to my shock a couple of weeks ago Cell C sent me a text saying that my acc was in arrears R851.72 and I would need to make a payment urgently, I subsequently spoke to a lady from cell c and all she could tell me was that my data was depleted before month end . Yesterday the debited my acc twice with an amount of R851.72 and another of R304.11 none of them make sense to me and no one can explain why. I can easily log into my internet banking and reverse the both debit orders and move all my stuff to Telkom Mobile and no I am not scared of being blacklisted.</p> <p>Instead I would like this matter to be solved amicably</p>
