Worst Network Provider in SA
So get this, I have complained about the fact that I barely ever have any network, I cannot make or receive calls or messages, because it always shows emergency calls only. Now Cell C recons me they cannot get a hold of me - really? How surprising is that? Also, they insist on an alternative number - which I don't have. So technically the fact that they state they cannot get hold of me is confirmation of their ****ty network not working, yet they keep throwing the ball back in my court. Sort out your network, then we might all be able to speak to one another. By the looks of your complaints, it is clear I am not the only one with issues with Cell C.

17 Jul 2023, 08:27Please let me understand you correctly - the service I am paying for - which you clearly cannot render (yet again - like usually) is causing me to not be able to make or receive calls, now I have to make a plan, by probably purchasing another sim card, from another service provider - because clearly your network is not working - in order for you to call me, so I can explain the issue I am having that, I have expressed here numerous times, otherwise you cannot sort this out? Am I understanding correctly? So you cannot call me, because YOUR network is not working, but I must make a plan so you can get hold of me, so I can put all of this in words in my voice - and that will make all the difference? So what is the purpose of complaining here, basically what you are telling me, is if I am not going to buy another sim card so you can speak to me, you are doing nothing about this issue. Please provide me with an email address so I can take the necessary steps complaining, to eventually prove to the ombudsman how useless Cell C is.
