Worst Network Provider Ever
Cell C has to be the worst network provider in this country.... I have by now log so many complaints and problems that it's not even funny anymore... First i struggled to get my sim only contract cancelled which they assured me in shop i have no obligation fees to pay even stated so on my contract that i signed... Then finally after months they canelled it without even letting me know... and now after all of that they are trying to debit R9300 from my account every single month and up till now I've had to pay several dispute and reversal fees... Really stay away from Cell C they are the most horrible network provider in South Africa.

09 Jul 2022, 16:15Never Ever do business with Cell C they are stil not willing to assist me after they told me several times at the store I took out my contract that there will be no commitment fees if the Sim only contract was canceled. The fact is I never gave them consent to debit me with anything more than the amount they use to debit me which was R999.
They are trying to debit me now every month with R9300.00 which is actually **********. Never do business with cell C because it will end up in a nightmare.
