Worst Network Provider .

i really rest my case with the query resolving of Cell C . I think they need to review their staff and training needed . I was called by a service champion that i explained my query and he gave me a car dealer scenario, which i still think it was just out of context . My query wont be resolved until i can speak to someone who is gonna want me to give him/her all my reference queries and emails i sent , lastly to listen to the sales call i received .

Cell C is the worst network provider they protecting their staff and they forgetting we as the consumer are the ones paying their staff .

Can someone superior can me from Cell C not a call center agent .
