Worst Network Provider

I am unhappy with the service from Cell C, I have two accounts which one I ended last year September and another one Januath 2022 however I have been debited for it and only realised mid February and when I enquired they advised me I am put on month to month basis which no one told me about and I was supposed to call in and cancel and can only cancel after I make payment end of February. I called in this morning as I have paid yesterday and now I want to cancel and I am now told I will be canceled end of March after I've v made payment for this month. I am sick of this, how many times must I keep paying?
