Worst network on the planet

I keep receiving emails and messages that my account is in arrears, however thy deducted a huge amount from my account on the debit date. When i try and call the customer care line, the consultants are unable to assist and cannot find my payment, which they deducted themselves. Terrible terrible service! I am still waiting for feedback from anyone!
