Worst network in SA

A few months ago my csurance policy was cancelled due to an error on their part , the person I spoke to acknowledged the error was on their part but rectifing the problem would be my responsibility. It took me 15 minutes to set up an insurance policy with another company it goes to show cellc does not care about its customers, when it comes end of the month they have no problem debiting your account, but when they have to provide a service they are useless. The network is shockingly slow, the staff at the cellc store (chatsworth) have no knowledge. Of any of the products they sell , they aren't helpful in anyway. I am glad my contract will end in 5 months so I can change to a decent network provider.
