WORST NETWORK IN AFRICA (PROBABLY IN THE WHOLE WORLD...)
If I could, I would rate 0 stars!!! Bad customer service aside, Cell C has the absolute WORST NETWORK IN AFRICA!!! Full 4 bars 4G+ signal, but no internet availability! Switch networks off and on again then I have some (very slow) internet for 3 minutes and then it stops working again... Took me a whole 15minutes and 3 network resets just to get to this page to type this review....
Next, you're going to reply privately like ***ards, telling me that you are sorry for my experience and that somebody will contact me shortly, but they never do... And even if they do, they won't be able to do anything about it as the network is still unusable and some poor call center agent can't fix that!
Just close your doors already and migrate your customers to MTN!
