Worst network ever - no service for 2 weeks

Cell C have gone backwards with 200%. I have been without service for exactly 2 weeks now and nobody comes back to me! I keep on reporting everyday then I get feedback like, "bare with us", "do you have a problem with your network", when I ask, how long does Cell C take to resolve an issue after 1 and a half week of no service, I get a reply, "not long, why". I will encourage everyone to cancel where possible and those that want to sign up, please don't make the biggest mistake of your life. All this started with this roaming thing. Obviously something went wrong with many people's network if I see what people are saying on social media and to tell me to change the same settings on my phone a 100 times will NOT solve the problem. Obviously it is your network, not our phones or settings.
