Worst network ever

I’ve changed my Bank account details with CellC. And then CellC has debit my old account Causing me hefty bank chargers, and then I paid them cash after the consultant promise me that all is good, and they were in the wrong. Now I get a statement that CellC is charging me R70 Failed Debit Order Penalty Fee This is unacceptable. I'm done with this useless network.
