Worst network ever

All trailing compliants included, Maropeng called in Sunday ( 3/4/16), was advised that the iPhone 6s gold that was incorrectly delivered twice will be collected, also took my husbands work address so that the device will be collected from him, today is Friday (8/4/16), still no collected, I received a call yesterday from customer care, the agent spoke for a few seconds and just hung up, I'm actually corned now' got a phone that I don't want , getting billed for a contract that I don't want, got a better deal with telkom and can't proceed until I get confirmation that this contract is cancelled, van somebody please help me! I've reached an point where I just give up, and refer the day I signed a contract with cell C.
