Worst network eve

I got a contract with Cell C. A tablet which came with a external keybord. I asked the sales rep for a good tablet i can use fornmy business. On the 5th of February 2016, i had the device delivered to my house. On the 7th i went to Cell C grove explaining that the keybord is not functional at all. They said i should phone in. They cant help me. The 8th i phoned Cell C. Telling them to come and collect the device, cause its not working, and th3 tablet was so slow, i couldnt use it. They said they would collect within 2 working days . On the 10th o phoned, they made false promises again. So i said i want to cancel. The sales rep said they have to get the device first. After 3 weeks after i phoned shouting cause Cell C deducted R145 from my account for a device thats not working. They sent someone the next day to collect it. This was after 4 weeks of complaining. Then March came. They deducted money. Then April, they deducted money. I phoned in for the 20th time. The lady said here is your refrence number, if they dont phone you after 2 days, i must phone back. Its been 2 weeks. No service. They just deduct money from my account. This is May. Since February, no service. No Tablet. No replacement. Nothing. And they dont even bother phoning back. What a horrible company!!! I had to rate 1 star. I wish i could rate - 10 stars. Cell C is steeling my money.
