Worst Network!! Endless problems!!

Dear Consumers,

Please do yourself a favour and never join Cell C. They rip people off and they just do not care about their clients. 'Extremely upset' does not even begin to explain how I feel about this network. I will do my best to make everyone know how bad Cell C is. Matters with this network is so bad that I am taking up legal advice on them.

I have a list of endless problems with Cell C, from their bad attitude consultants to the negligence of them dealing with my cases. Mind you, I have a string of records to back up my claims.

My main issue that I have been stuggling to be resolved for the last 3 months is my data that was not given to me and Cell C blames their Cell C App.

My recent and most worrying issue now is that my account is being debited for an amount that is extremely more than what my contract has stated.

Cell C gives you short data and increases your debit order. They compensate you with a mere 500MB for the 6GIgs of data lost. You end up using data that is for months ahead. They blame their Cell C App and send you on runarounds to the store where those consultants cannot resolve the issue either.

I am very dissatisfied with the way Cell C deals with handling issues like this. I intend on publishing an article about all my grievances with Cell C, that is, besides taking the legal advice.
