Worst Network by far

So I have an issue with my billing. Lodge a complaint on FB and Twitter. A promise that someone will contact me is made to make payment arrangements. Receive a call a day later while in the bank. Asked to be contacted 30min later. Then I received 4 calls that gets dropped as soon as I answer. After telling them that they just send a mag on Twitter with the final amount to be paid to cancel the contract. No attempt at saving the customer, no attempt to assist. Worst provider. No wonder the ratings are so low...
