worst mobile network provider
worst service provider ever, they de*****ed my account, now i want to close tha contract they keep telling me i have penalties, have been trying to close that account the the past two years but it seems impossible.. the agents are rude and cant give you a straight answer. im so disgusted by this mobile network and taking legal actions against them. now they saying they handed me over to some stupid shapir shaik to hass me and i dont even owe them at all.

23 May 2023, 15:07i spoke to some one of the consultants on the 30th april, she told me outstanding amount is R267, she send bank details, i made an EFT, now that i have to get paid up letter they saying i owe R67 penalty chargers for cause the consultant didn't tell me abt that stupid 67, please pull the recording
i feel like im taken from pillar to post. that's what they did with the R5000 that is paid, i was not even supposed to pay that they changed my details without me knowing.. they even de*****ed my account, ive been lenient with cell c for far too long... i want that account to be closed is it too hard for u guys to close it ......
