WORST MOBILE NETWORK IN THE WORLD

<p>My account was always paid by my father and he recently changed bank accounts without notifying me for this reason my debit order was reversed and a legal status has been placed on my line. When i went to store to check my account i ws told it was in arrears which i was never even notified of until it was already that way i settled it and was told one of my lines have been due for an upgrade since last year which i was also NEVER notified of. Now i am need of a phone and cell c will not help me with my upgrade due to a legal status. When i explained to the store and contact centre what has happened it fell on deaf ears. I even offered to pay 3 months line rental upfront and not even that wastaken into consideration. This is not fair at all, i work for vodafone a UK mobile network and deal with similar issues on a daily and VODAFONE does what they can to assist customers while you good for nothing ASSHOLES are just that! good for nothing. your service sucks and your attitudes do to. I would like to cancel both my contracts and take my business elsewhere..</p>
