Worst mobile company ever!!!!!

In January 2015 R270 was deducted for an account that must only be R119... After a lot of phoning and about a week of waiting I was refunded... NOW!!!!! The SAME ACCOUNT!!! R299 was deducted which caused debit orders to fail and now I have to pay fines. They also claim that contract prices went up after I queried why extra money was deducted for my other contracts and apparently they sent out a sms to notify me. Not my wife, nor myself received such sms. I am FED UP!!!!! Every time I have to wait 24 - 48 hours which usually ends up in myself calling them again!!!!!
