Worst mistake to ever join Cell C

Every year I have this problem 2, 3 times a year. Cell C is by far the worst network to ever do business with. I keep being handed over to different collection agencies for what I dont know? I have proof that all my dealings with Cell C is done & I have nothing outstanding with them, a letter FROM CELL C yet I still get handed over each year, if you look on my profile you will see all the complaints Norman attorneys, MBD attorneys, Nudebt collections, NOW NIMBLE & it shows on my credit record. I contacted Cell C last month & was told I will be assisted, after I sent the proof I was told It is being investigated. Now my emails are being ignored, I am begging for feedback DAILY. No one is contacting me with any feedback & I cannot do anything because my credit record is affected, my life is standing still.

Secondly a contract that was closed a year ago still appears on my credit record after numerous emails & confirmations from Cell C that it will be removed.

Just think again before dealing with Cell C, this is by far the worst network, no regard for their customers at all. I have ported my number to another network so I can be done with this network for good!!!!!

They come on here, lie about how your issue will be sorted & ignore you thereafter. Look at the amount of complaints I have on here regarding the same issue year in & year out!!!
