WORST Insurance Provider

<p>To the most pathetic service department known to mankind:</p> <p>We have sent emails to you guys with no response. We have called you since Monday, 14 November to no avail.</p> <p>Eventually, my husband had to sit at Cell C HQ for almost 2 hours yesterday (17 November) to claim for his damaged phone. Heaven forbid we don't pay our insurance premium because you'll be on us like flies on dog poo, but you cannot show the same level of competence when it comes to answering your phones or emails. What is the point of paying for insurance if the insurers are non-existent?!</p> <p>The complete lack of service from you and the fact that you blatantly **** about contacting me is absolutely shocking, pathetic and *********.<br />I have reported you to the Ombudsman and have posted complaints on social media. I also copied every single contact I could possibly find under Hollard's details into my last email so that they know how pathetic their C Surance "business model" is.<br /><br /></p> <p>Do yourselves (and SA) a favour and retrench your staff, resign from your positions, close down your "business" and go live with your parents. A CK document does not a business make.</p>
