Worst insurance

This is by far the worst insurance claim I've ever had to deal with! Today it has been two months that I have handed in my phone and still all they have to say is "they are still waiting for an underwriter to sign off and I must phone back".We had great assistance with the staff at the cell c branch opposite green acres mall but the insurance part is literally the worst. My daughter is with Vodacom and it was not even a week and her claim was finalised and the repairs was done. I have been phoning almost everyday and at first they said no they have not received any feedback from us as they've been sending out mails requesting information only to find out that they've been sending emails out to an email address that's not even close to mine. They gave so much hassle with even asking for the signed contract for the insurance part. This is just all a scheme so that they don't have to pay out. Really disappointing as I've had this number for so long but there is no way that I want to experience this again for a claim for insurance that I've been paying so long for
