Worst, **********, Scandalous Service

Horrible nightmares becomes a reality thanks to cell c for their scandalous and ********** activities. On the 11th of October 2021 i received an email from cell c of an activation of the contract of a samsung z flip to the value of R 22 000.00 that i did not apply for or authorize, to make it worse the phone was never delivered to me, i immediately inform them that i don't know of that , i went to make a police affidavit as per their advise but nothing was done to as the contract is still active up to date. to make it worse on the 23 of November i receive another email for the activation of another contract of samsung z flip to the value of R 22 000,00 again. when i enquire i was told that both contract are active and i need to pay R 1 700.00 PER MOTHS FOR THREE YEARS. Now they even attempt to debit my account for the contract i didn't authorize and to make it worse is that i don't even have the purported phones which was taken as same was never delivered to me.
