WORST EXPERIENCE WITH CELL C FIBER

This is now the second time I am complaining of the incompetence of Cell C. In my whole life I have never come across a company that is so ***********. The service you receive from them is totally unacceptable - no gets back to you and you always just stay a number in their system. Going backwards and forwards but going nowhere and no one can resolve an issue. I will never in my life recommend this company for Fiber. They have a fast support center but their problem solving is so frustrating. We have been without fiber now for almost 2 weeks and still the problem hasn't been resolved. No gets back to you and when you phone its always "we will make a note of it"! I am FED UP! They are very fast and quick to take your money but with customer service and solving your problem - they have no idea! Lets see how many weeks this will take for someone to solve the problem. A simple thing like an address that needs to be changed.
