Worst experience ever with CELL C

i have had the worst experience ever regarding my Cell C account, so i decided to settle my account with them after they had blacklisted me. I then paid it up they gave me a paid up letter and they removed to remove from account from ITC see email correspondence between me and them. its been 3 years since my account was paid up and i received a paid up letter from them but they do not want to clear my name.

You must make sure that cell c removes and updates my ITC easy as ABC I paid you the money you sent me the paid up letter Rigth so deal with it

It is the responsibility of the creditor after they have been paid to issue a paid up letter and to clear the customer. I'm not a fool I know my rights and I'm going to expose you in all social media platforms including hello Peter.
