Worst Experience- Will Never Ever Recommend Cell C

I have had the worst experience with Cell C. I cancelled my contract and firstly it took forever for them to release the number for my new service provider to port the number. They gave me a final cancellation amount to pay, which was paid Immediately. Was also told that this was the final amount to be paid to cell c for the contract. Low and behold they sent me another invoice, claiming it was for services that were added to my contract. I really don;t understand as I was told the final cancellation amount was the FINAL amount one needed to pay. There service and level of handling a cancellation has been absolutely shocking. Will never recommend using Cell C and will make sure I scream it from the roof tops. Thank Cell C for making a cancellation one of the most difficult things I have had to experience with a service provider. Damn useless!!!
