Worst experience ever

I took contract with Cell C in 2020 in Jabulani mall . All necessary information was produced for the debit order to be processed, however the debit order only went out once successfully. At the moment, Im sitting with arrears in the account and it is not my fault. I have been contacting their customer service line countless times with assistance. My account is now handed over to the attorneys and it affects my credit profile. What an awful experience, i have had.
