WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Worst network company ever!! I have 2 contracts with Cell c 1phone contract and mobile broadband /WiFi. I app**** for another contract Huawei y9. The New contract was supposed to be delivered within 3working days. It's now been 2weeks and the phone still has not arrived. I have been calling the customer service centre everyday to follow up on delivery and everyday I'm promised it's coming today but guess what still nothing. I spoke to multiple people no apology no explanation and yet they took the first payment from my account already. How is it that after 2weeks I still dont have my phone but im paying? This after one of the agents Joyce assured me I will only be paying once the phone is activated which is as soon as I start using the phone.

I cannot begin to explain the amount of emotional distress caused by this ordeal. Just need this sorted and my phone delivered today!!!
