Worst experience ever

Absolutely the worst service ever!! I have never been soo disappointed in my life. I had to do a sim swap because my house was broken into and all my electronics was ****** meaning that i have no access to any of my accounts, apps, photos literally everything unless i can get my number back, but they have this ridiculous security questions like frequently dailed numbers which is soo inaccurate because my husband showed the guy that i have phoned him several times in this month but the number fails, then you have to remember on which date you recharged and what amount did you get and when last did you purchase a data bunde... Like ***... How does that stop the ***** or protect the client

Mind you the closest branch to my city is 100km away from me, soo the customer service told me because I failed my security questions i have to go the branch, so I went to the branch and i explained very nicely that all my stuff was ****** and I don't have access to my bank so i can't see when last i recharge and that i only use WhatsApp calls most of the time and the only number I dail is my husband's number... But theres no other way around the security questions so I failed yet again and the guy said i will get better help with the customer service via call, i tried once again and failed... Then i went to the bank and pulled my statements to see when i recharged and i dailed again hoping that that information would help so i dailed again and i freakin failed again and they are not allowed to tell you where you are failing your questions and because i dailed and failed 3 times, i am only allowed to phone back in 30 days to try again....

Soo this means, i will never get my photos back that was saved to my Google account for +10 years because the OTP goes to my ****** number, i will never get all my contacts back that was saved to my account for +10years because of my number.... I don't think you have an idea of how much I actually lost because of this... Shocking that this is the only way to sort out a SIM swap
