Worst Experience ever!!!

Cell C has to be the worst network provider ever, from having to experience poor network coverage to dealing with rude agent Mbali and Zandile that I spoke to for assistance. Those agent lack customer service skills and would do with a soft skills training. I have been struggling with poor network connection for the past few months and everytime I contact them for assistance, I have not been assisted even went to go do a sim swap thing my SIM card has an issue. I spoke to a TL as Ziphelele and all she told me there’s nothing they can do with my problem, clear something needs to be done with those employees because they do not know their work and will be changing this ****** service provider.
