Worst Experience ever.

Worst place to get a contract with, Try to cancel and you will never get assistance, they will cut the call on you. Trying to cancel a contract with Cell C is the worst experience I ever had to deal with. My contract ended 2022 June I paid the last installment and my simcard was transferred to prepaid to my surprise I received a call from their debt collectors saying I owe cell c R600 of which I know nothing about, I tried to query this on numerous occasions with no positive response. The debt collectors themselves do not even know why the amount is outstanding. I will never recommend cell C to anyone stay away from them. Getting a contract is easy and on point but just try to cancel you will meet your worst nightmare. I just want cell c to give me a paid up letter urgently.
