WORST EXPERIENCE

<p>I have been a customer of cell c since 2014, where i started my relationship with them by taking up my first contract , i had no problems , i started working at FNB during the time i was still paying my contract with cell c and had provided my new banking details so they could debit my new account which went well for a few months. About 2 weeks ago i went to my nearest branch all to find out that cellc has listed me for not paying them ???? i was furious , the reason why people set up debit orders is to make sure their accounts are paid without them having to go in personally which is a hassle!!! i then called Cell C to find out what was going on the consultant (which i shall not name ) gave utterly useless service saying that they have my old bank account details on the system , how is that possible if i have proof of cell c debitting my new account! This is honestly unfair and this impacts me negatively in a drastic way as i am an employee of the bank . WHAT ANNOYS ME MOST IS I CALLED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS INSTRUCTING CELLC TO DEBIT MY ACC ON THE 20TH !!! Cell C gives really bad service and will not reccommend them to anyone!</p>
