Worst experience!

Cell C has the most cunning contract deals one could ever come across! I just had the worst experience! I recently accepted a deal over the phone for what was supposed to be a fixed R 299 deal for 40Gigs of data only to find out when the debit order went through, they charged me R 799. I immediately logged a case with them and requested the call recording between me and the consultant, as I am very confident I repeatedly asked the guy if I would only be paying the R 299 and nothing more, and he confirmed. Now I have to sit and wait for the case to be resolved while they continue to charge me R 500 more than what was agreed. How ********* is that?!
