Worst Ever Service. Beware of added services

Please be careful to use any of the extra services that Cell C offer ie. Get More and Mi-Assist. My son activated these on his phone (in my name) so he did not read the fine print and so wants to de-activate the 2 said services. This was in November... loads of calls later we in January and guess what... Still paying monthly subs. Phone again and the one has no idea what the other is doing. Do not ask for the Cancellations Dept. as they closed on the 15th December (supposedly phoned me on the 13th December - absolute lies) they now opened the 8th January so I have phoned Get More again and to be told there is no one available in the Cancellations Dept. to take my call. I pay my bill every month so I will now be reversing the Debit Order every time it comes off my account until these cancellations are done. I really am fed up with the total unprofessional manner in which Cell C do business.
