Worst ever network Cell C

Cell C is the worst ever network in South Africa, i hope what i have heard on the news that Telkom want to buy them out is true, I cannot claim for my lost phone from the insurance because i do not have an ITC number their walk in center tells me that i need to call their help desk, help desk say i failed the verification test and i must go to back to walk in center, i have been back and forth from 1st of November and none of them can assist me, I hate this network, i hate it with all of my being.
