Worst ever

I load a R12 whatsapp bundle active for 30 days, receive the sms that the bundle is active. Whatsapp not going through, phone this useless call centre and they check no bundle loaded, i read the sms to the agent, still get told nothing loaded. So what now; was my airtime lost or is she saying I am lieing. You know what Vodacom is far better than your ****py service. I just have one issue after the other with Cell C. Pathetic from the word go.
