WORST DATA SPEEDS EVER FROM CELL C

Hi, im having experiencing the slowest 4G in my life!! I can't even get 100KB/S ?? Sadly I'm on contract and I don't see the point paying for a service when I can barely even use my data.

This is a on going issue through out the year,how many times must I complain about the same thing?

Please can this be resolved ,it's festive I'm not in the mood to be arguing over slow data speeds.
