Worst customer services and no one to assist to queries and help sort them out!

If I could give Cell C a 0 I would! Worst customer services I have ever received!!! They debited me almost double the amount im usually debited, I tried calling the customer care line and realized that they employee only *********** people that cant assist with queries as they keep transferring you from one person to the other. I have emailed customer care over 50 times now and still no one has responded or able to assist me. I would say this is the worlds worst customer services and no wonder Cell C is a dying network provider! It because of the don't care attitude from the staff.

My issue is still unsolved and the next debit will be due soon!
