Worst customer service provider EVER!!!!

Cell C customer service is non existent.

I initiated a new contract earlier this month.

After receiving the devices, they actually delivered the wrong coloura and I had to jump through hoops to get them to collect the devices.

The devices were collected early in last week by the courier. I never received confirmation or notification that they received the devices and working on my query.

I am making calls daily. Today I was told I need to wait for an RMA number to cancel this ****.

Cell C IS USELESS.

I must waste my airtime to call this *********** team and do follow ups.

Stay away from Cell C. Endless hassles....
