Worst Customer Service Experience EVER!!!!!!!!!

I am sooo disappointed with the service I have been receiveding from Cell C and their partners lately. let me start with Get More and their RUDE agents. in late 2015 I requested to cancel the Get More service, I was told that there is a 30 day waiting period and that a cancellation agent would contact me to confirm my cancellation. An agent did contact me, and when asked why I wanted to cancel I advised that I was experiencing financial difficulty, the agent then very ****ily asked me "Are you saying you can't afford to safe money". Mind you I had never and still have not used their service. However fiancial difficulty is not something clients are proud off and so to get the rude ****** off the phone I said just leave it. And so I was stuck with this service that I did not want nor used. I then tried to cancel again in April 2016 and was once again told about the 30 day waiting period and that a cancellation agent would contact me. Well more than 30 days passed and no-one contacted me. I called Get More to try cancel before my next debit order run and was constantly told that an agent would call me the next day and the next and so on. Finally on the 18th of May (2 days before my debit order) someone called to confirm cancellation. I told him that I did not expect to get debited and would reverse the debit order and pay just my contract as this was not the first time I tried to cancel. Today my line was blocked due to the shortage of payment for the Get More service (which mind you does not have an afect on my line, which was paid for). When speaking to Get More I was advised that the cancellation was only made effective on the 31st of May and because the 30 day waiting period ended on the 12th of May (after my April debit and before my May debit) I was liable for the May installment? What kinda nonsense is that??? You got your stupid debit order in time, you admit I was NOT contacted within 30 days, you confirm that the cancellation was only done on the 31st of the month, but I still need to pay for Get Mores incompetence???? This is total and utter BULL!!!!! Then lets discuss the insurance guys... I was told that my insurance would be R69 a month for a device up to the value of R3500... then you dare to debit me approx R190 and say it is a pro rata amount for a device valued at R9500???? Seriously??? You see nothing wrong with this??? Never the less, I called and cancelled the insurance and I reversed the ridiculous debit order of R587.48 and went to make a cash payment of R350 using an easy pay reference. Then.... wow... Cell C is sooooooo amazing with their sms's... 1 says we received your payment thank you, next one say no payment recieved, your line will be suspended..... Really Cell C... get your facts and your data together... Now you've blocked my line for the insurance that I cancelled (the agent said the funds would be reversed) and for Get More... the C****ST "product" that I do not want.... meaning I must loose contact with my loved ones.... You guys are so great (I hope you can feel the sarcasim in that sentence). I have been calling your call centres and can never seem to get through to someone who can understand my frustrations and help me (except for the TL I spoke to last week who so kindly reactivated my line after you blocked me the first time, her name starts with a R, she is probably the MOST helpful person at Cell C thank you for your service). If your agents are not being rude trying to get me off the line and speaking while I speak, then they are not even trying to help me... Please get some better agents.. people who actually WANT to help people. What I would like done.... Please reverse the charges for the things I DO NOT WANT and please, I am literaly begging..... please reactivate my line.
