WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I called the follow up department regarding a contract i just app**** every single time the consultants are so rude. I just regret signing up because of the run around am give by this company. Why would anyone want to join if this is the attitude we given by the representative. i asked for a service level for when the device will be delivered she simply said she doesn't if you don't know who should. i asked to speak to a manger she told me no i should leave my number really this company is the worst experience have had . as an agent my self i give my customer more than what's expected but oh well
