Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!

I can’t say that I’ve ever had a good customer service experience with Cell c.

Their service is putrid!!! I am Livid and I’ve had about enough!!! My husband and I cancelled two contracts with Cell c. One of which we paid up in full way in advance, and even getting to this point was a mission because nobody could confirm what the correct settlement balance was and whether or not we would still be debited after settling the accounts. After many calls later a manger finally confirmed that we won’t get billed because we’ve Paid what we needed to pay.The very next month we got billed, even though the account was settled and we had many conversations and references to prove this!! After calling multiple times to dispute the matter A manger confirmed that they incorrectly debited our account and that we will receive a refund. This obviously never happened because Cell c can never follow through with anything!!! The manager who said that we will be refunded then said that he was mistaken and that we actually still owed them, this after a manger confirmed that we won’t be debited and that our account was settled, this after a manger said that we will be refunded and then going back on his word??? When does it end?????

This is not all!!! On this very same account , Cell c is now saying that we owe them R10000!!!!??? After we’ve settled the account and have a bill to prove it!!!??? Again, called them multiple times which everyone we’ve spoken to confirmed that our account is infact closed and settled and that we do not owe them a R10000 yet we are still receiving calls and emails about the “outstanding money” and now have to wait days for a paid up letter to correct a mess that was created by Cell c in the 1st place!!!!

Why do we as customers have to go through all this drama?!?! Why not follow through with what you say you’re going to and why do we have to wait days before anything happens and why does no one ever call back with feedback?!?!?!?!?!?

All I want is a damn paid up letter and the mess that you’ve created yourselves to be fixed!!! Is that too much to ask!?!?!!!?!!!???!!!

I am highly disappointed, highly annoyed and will never make use or recommend Cell c to anyone, Infact I will recommend that they never even think of making use of Cell c service!!!!
